Buy X get Y, percentage off, quantity slabs and combos, with explicit stacking rules. Nothing is stacked unless you allow it.

Batch-aware inventory
Warehouses, batches and expiry dates. Stock is reserved when you accept an order, and expired batches can never be allocated.

Review each return request, approve all or part of it, and record what you receive.

Credit limits and payment terms for each retailer, plus outstanding balances and payments received. You decide how credit limits are enforced.
Sales reps
