How it works

From requirement to delivery

One cart can include several distributors. Each distributor handles its own part, and you see all of it in one place.

For the pharmacy

  1. Search and compareFind the medicine and see every eligible distributor's offer.
  2. Review one cartSee totals for each distributor, scheme benefit and the effective cost. Choose the option you want.
  3. Confirm the orderWe check prices and stock again. If anything changed, you're told before anything is placed.
  4. Track fulfilmentEach distributor accepts, packs, invoices and delivers. You follow every step.

For the distributor

  1. Receive the orderOnly your part of the retailer's order, with the terms that were confirmed.
  2. Accept or adjustAccept all, part or none. Stock is reserved for what you accept.
  3. Pick, pack, invoiceBatches are allocated earliest-expiry first, and the invoice is generated from the order record.
  4. Dispatch and deliverRecord proof of delivery. A settlement statement shows the net amount after commission.

A scheme, worked out

With a Buy 10 get 1 scheme and an order of 25 units, you pay for 25 and get 2 free, so you receive 27. The effective unit cost is what you pay divided by 27. The app does this calculation on our servers for every offer, so every screen shows the same figure.
